Hi, this is in response to the question you asked on my blog, Brenda and Roy Going To Mexico. I am sorry that I can't really tell you about what Kino Bay would be like in October. We only visited it once and that was in the spring. This is just a guess; but I would think that the weather would be nice; but that the water will be cooling off somewhat; although it should still be warm enough to swim in. This is just a guess though.
